	Any Booking(s) made within 3 days before arrival date is considered last minute
	booking, entire of stay will be imposed upon confirmation.
	If cancelled or modified within 72 hours or failure to arrive at your hotel
	will treat as NO-SHOW and 100 percent of the first night will be charged.



Child Policy	Free! All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.


What is Prepayment ?	The Prepayment is required to guarantee of your booking(s).
	Prepayment usually will require less than 10% of your room charges, and balance shall be pay at Hotel.

Prepayment Refund Policy :	100% of the Prepayment is refunded to Booking(s) made under Free Cancellation. (If you meet the “Free Cancellation” requirements)
	Prepayment will be refund to you within 10 business days upon the date you cancel booking(s).
	Last Minute Booking (refer hotel prevailing cancellation policy) and Booking(s) made under Promotional Rates is non-refundable / non-transferable. Modification of arrival date is not allowed
